    • -before attack on Tinar-
Gordontron knew that it was possible that his race would have to flee. He was confident they would not have to but to be safe he evacuated all the citezins to Muid. This had long been part of Azdgari culture. Systems had been set up years before with escape methods, so the result was a very effective mobilization to Muid. The ground forces on all planets/stations except for Muid and Raigar, dusted off the old scorched earth systems. They were set up remotely and gordontron flew to Azdgari to oversee the exodus. They even rigged the age old cresent station--

      Message to Council-
We have rigged our shared space station of Cresent station. We are sorry but we may no longer be able to keep our promise to up keep it.

We accept your ceasefire and would like to go further. If you could distract the Iggys that would be helpful. We are organizing an exodus of civilians and we would like you to not attack them and we beg you to protect them if they come under attack. Please if you have any ships to spare move them into the Chak system. Death to the Igadzra.

We are uploading all our computers, all technology, all ship information, everything in our compters, you will have the heart of my administration. The reason is Raigars computers are not big enough. You may use that information to help both of us.

all fleets moved down from muid, last night.

The scanners have been totaly wiped out by fighting in the Chak station, so the ship movements can not be seen from Chak.

These fleet simontaneously jump into Chak:
      53 Azdgari Warships, 192 Azdaras, 90 Azdgari Aradas, 40 G2 Azdaras,

      41 Azdgari warships --- Azdaras:54 ---Azdgari Aradas:42 In tinar: ---G2 Azdaras:30

      10 Azdgari Warships --- Azdaras:30 ---Azdgari Aradas:32

      10 Azdgari Warships --- Azdaras:32 ---Azdgari Aradas:27

      10 Azdgari warships, 30 G2 Azdaras, 5 Azdgari Aradas, 25 G1 Azdaras

total ships jumping into Chak: 124 Azdgari Warhips, Azdaras:333, Azdgari Aradas: 196, G2 Azdaras: 100,

In tinar: the fleet there did not make any fast moves, they stood off the Iggy fleet, everyonce and a while attacking a ship that had to move out of formation because of debris, the Azdgari used there speed advantage very effectively and did not do anything stupid. They were ordered to stay with the fleet if they moved anywhere.

in Chak: The massive fleet jumped into the system undetected by Chak sensors. The iggy fleet was sprawled around the system, not in any fomations. A few were patroling. Many were attacking Morin. Also the usually rigid command and control system had broken down slighyly because so many fleets were moving in and out of the systems, and changing leaders.

The Azdgari fleet knew that there were not any more chances. All of the fleet (except raigar) except the blockade in Tinar had been summoned. They knew that there people were having a mass exodus, systems were rigged with scoarched earth systems. The fleet knew that the fate of the race was up to them. None even thought of running, none of giving up. The Azdgari fleet were in their prime. They all had the ships they liked best, they wre in a debris field, they could effectively use their speed and did, the ships shields would regenerate before the few homing pods got through the jamming systema and the debris, their spirit, determination, heart, mind, and passion guided them in battle. The Azdgari fleet slammed throught he system, not allowing the usual formation of the Iggys to even form. They kept it that way through the whole battle. They were aware that the Iggys could bring in another force from any side. In the first 10 minutes they had destoryed 50 Igazdra warships. The opposing fleet continually tried to regroup but with the full speed of the Azdgari, the fleet would fly over, avoiding dispersal rockets and SAEs (a lot of them), and stop the grouping. The Igazdra warships were extremly powerful in formation but not in chaos. The Azdgari fleet succeded in causing chaos, their age old ally which they used to their full advantage. The Azdgari pilots knew of this advantage and kept it that way. Sometimes when their shields got to low they would retreat slightly and recharge their shields. The Azdgari had returned the favor, it was a massacre.

The Council Seemed to be on the Azdgari's side, however they did it the Azdgari were winning, and even if more forces were brought in it would stay that way.

(ooc: RMA you have pushed your way through a lot. Now it is time to return the favor and let me decide what happens in battle. You may bring in more forces but I have effectively stopped your forces from grouping into formations.)
      -------------
Gordontron screamed around the Azdgari System seeing the last ships leave. He remembered just a few months before the meeting with Seleria. He laughed. What was war for anyway. He decided to go and blow up Cresent Station, he did not like it even if they did win.
      -Jump into that system-
He arived there and oversaw the destruction of documents that had been forwarded to the Voinains and Zachit. He then ventured into the Council Side of the station. He had to get past a few robots who would have decapitated if Gordon did not always carry around a powerful phase blaster. He went into what looked like a prison control room. It looked down onto some kind of reactor. It housed something strange. It looked like..something he had seene in a text book. A manmade singularity. Of course he said to keep the jump open to surronding space, so this is why the station is so important. He was leaving when he triped and fell smashing his head on a strange computer consol. He felt the whole station lurch. He went back to his ship to get ready to blow the station when he noticed something wierd had happened. His ships computer no longer showed any surrounding systems. He went back to the Council side of the station and investigated the monitor. After fiddeling a little bit he felt he Station lurch again. This time he went back he saw one really long jump connected. The endpoint siad: Pust.

Technology has been suspended RMA to be fair so don't whine about it.

The long range sensors went back up along with the long range sensor distorter. How the hell else would I have known what your fleet in Tinar was? And why the hell would my fleet be all spread out? The fleet in Chak hasnt changed command atall, it's recently moved up from Apert. My fleets are hardly going to go and do the one thing that would end up killing them. You controlled my fleets. Now unlike you, I actually respond and dont try to delay for days to get my fleet back.

And since I'd already attacked your fleet in Tinar, it's a bit late for you to move and attack with it. Stop acting like a wanker.

And technically speaking I can get to Tinar, kill off your fleet, and then return to Chak before you get there. IF you actually ever replied ontime to my attacks rather than delayed.)

      Chak

The Igadzran fleet had known the Azdgari where coming. They'd hardly had to move to get ready. After all, why move out of formation so your ships were at a disadvantage? The sort of commander that let that happen wouldnt last very long.

So when the Azdgari fleet arrived, it faced the determined Fourth Armada. The Igadzran fleet knew it could not win, but if the Azdgari charged the Igadzran sphere, they would lose much of their fleet, and would not survive when the First Armada returned

In Tinar Fleet Admiral Huan wondered why the Azdgari fleet just sat there, not reacting atall. They kept doing that...

    • Kirk says to the commander of the Voinian Exploration Fleet, "Welcome to Outpost Zachit. I have a small proposition. Currently, we are fighting against the renegades. The renegades are honorless. THey have looted Miranu citizens, robbed them of their credits, cargo, and fuel. We were at a stand-still with the Renegades until a few weeks ago when I got a message from Azdgari. The Azdgari helped us stop the renegades by working together with the Zidagar conditionally at the Rock, which is now occupied by Zachit Forces. We want to make one final attack. The final attack will be on North Tip Station, which houses the NT Renegades Leadership. What I am asking is Will you join us for the Final Attack or can you supply outfits that can help us gain advantages over the North Tip Renegades?" 1 Zidagar Zidara memento mori
      2 Flagship Zidagar fighters
      Strategy
The ships with SACs destroy as many as possible and the fighters dodge the incoming SAE's. The many fighters overwhelm the Igazdra and with their new one time use tactic, losses would be minimal. The tactic was very simple what it was to do is all of the ships came with a grapple type string that was used to haul other ships. They were attached before battle to each other or the larger ships. This meant that the ships could jerk in the opposite direction faster with no need to turn. Thus dealing more damage with getting less losses. The other tactics were to split up into several different squads than the ships would attack from different directions using hit'n run. All of the Igazdra were destroyed with significant losses to the larger ships.
      Losses:
      80 Zidagar fighters
      40 Zidaras
      9 Zidagar carriers
      30 Zidagar Aradas

    • Alenia was saddened by the propaganda on both sides of the Strand War, and surprised at the Igadzra saying that the Zidagar had been attacking miranu traders. She had gotten no reports of that, mostly because the miranu skirted around systems when their sensored showed the strand goverments fighting nearby. Mostly the Miranu were skirting around all but a few systems of all three goverments. She shook her head, but sighed, standing up. She wondered what was taking Mekar and the UE ambassador so long, but Mekar knew what he was doing.

She opened the office door, looking around. Everyone seemed to be sending ships out. perhaps it was finally time for them to send ambassadors to the three new races that had appeared. A Miranu courier, with 2 Crescent fighters as escort to each government. They had let them onto their soil, they could do no less than let them on theirs. She walked to the communication building herself, glad of the fresh air.

Three couriers and six Crescent fighters were sent out, the three couriers and their escorts heading in three separate directions. all headed towards capitals, but if they were stopped before then, they would land where they were. Each courier's officials were well versed in many language, but the Voinian language was almost unknown, so that would make it harder. They would have to hope their was someone to translate while they learned the language.

    • Seleria was quietly sitting in a corner of Kirk’s meeting room when the Voinians walked in. She noted the looks of surprise and disgust that flashed across the faces of the Voinians when they noticed a that a human was there as well. The looks were quickly concealed, but not quick enough. After that the Voinians had made a point of ignoring her, but Seleria noticed every know and then, a Voinian would sneak her a glance, as if to make sure she wasn’t creeping up behind them. Seleria herself kept completely calm and indifferent, and she wasn’t sure if it unnerved the Voinians, or gave them more confidence around her. After a few, words, Kirk had turned to her and asked - no, commanded, her to tell them about the Azdgari. Seleria didn’t like commands. She turned slightly to address the Voinians.
“When you first walked in, I could tell how very pleased to see me here,” she said coolly, with slight sarcasism. “Don’t worry, I won’t stab you in the back.” The Voinians looked slightly nervous at this comment, as if they were thinking that she’d read their minds. “As for information on the Azdgari, if you want history, I know little. If you want economy, again, I know little. I have simply been fighting against the same forces as the Azdgari, the renegades, and wanted to help in actions taken against them. If what you want to know is about weapons and defenses, then I am not sure what the Azdgari would want you to know, or what,” Seleria gave a slight pause, “you might know already from previous communication.” With that she sat back in her chair, and waited for a response.

    • Kirk said, "Now that you have heard Seleria's views, I will like to hear from you." to the Voinians. "Will you join us for the final attack on NT Station or give some assistance to the attack by outfits?"

      ------------------

    • A small Voinian with a tail walks to the front of the room and begins to speak. "I am Chatone." Everyone in the room hears this message, but Seleria hears it in United Earth standard and the Zachit hear it in classic Miranu. She turns to Seleria and speaks apparently loudly in English. "We apologize to our overreaction to your barb, but Voinians don't understand the human ability to betray, it is unknown to our race, so you might see why something we don't understand would make us uneasy." After this speech Seleria glances around and realizes that while she hears this message loudly no one else in the room knows anything is happening. She glances more closely and realizes that Chatone is not moving her mouth to speak. Seleria, intrigued, listens closely. Chatone noticing Seleria is listening begins to talk again. "Then again another thing we don't understand about humans is the males undue distrust of the female gender. While every important discovery in two hundred of your years has been made by a female there is still a male leadership in politics and military."
Now the Miranu begin to hear her speaking again, in their language. Seleria, shocked, realizes this entire dialogue took place in four seconds but seemed like ten times that. "Your design to annihilate resistance is somewhat expected and so we already have some ships ready to come to aid you, but unfortunately they are all fighters because our capital ships are unable to move quickly enough to aid you."
Everyone in the room is shocked by her apparent happiness but they can't figure out why she seems happy until Seleria notices a slight difference between Chatone and the others, while their scales are a dark shade of blue hers are radiant and almost rainbow like. However, the other Voinians scales are beginning to glow more as they gain confidence from their leader's speech.
Chatone notices Seleria's discovery and wraps up her speech. "Thank you for the interview, we will send a message to Voinian command to tell the ships to come up, you may want to warn the other Miranu that a large military force will be moving through their systems. It might be considered undiplomatic otherwise. We will meet in Garren" Chatone laughs in Miranu, but Seleria heard a different speech. "It is good to find not all humans are dense, in many years of contact no human has previously figured out our method of showing emotions. You are hardly human, that is not a bad thing." Chatone leaves and the other Voinians follow, they find their way easily.

Fighter fleet begins heading north, and stops in DSN-4386 next stop will be Holm, then Tufel, Tmidor and finally Garren.

    • Neither Seleria or Kirk said anything for a few moments after the Voinians left. Seleria finally broke the silence.
“I think I will return to my ship, now. You know how to contact me if the need arises.” With that she confidently strode out the door, in the vague direction of Hyperion. As she walked, she went over the interview in her mind. Once she was able to get passed her shock at the Voinian’s apparent ability to speak without moving their lips, and with only one other in the room hearing it, she thought more about what the Voinian’s said. The part about men distrusting women. Seleria wondered what that was supposed to mean. It could be true, but Seleria wondered if the Voinians were trying to turn her against the humans. With the part Chatone mentioned about her being the only human she had met that wasn’t dense. That could be for the same purpose. Seleria turned the corner and reached Hyperion. She deactivated the system and climbed aboard, heading for her favorite chair. She sprawled on the chair and gave a huge yawn, booting up the computer at the same time. You have one message, the computer announced. Seleria hit the play button.

      -----------------------------------------------------
And you still haven’t told me why you left, Seleria thought to herself, oh well, I did figure it out for myself. Considering her reply, she leaned back and closed her eyes. The only bad part with knowing a lot of information, was when you didn’t know how much to tell. She had been in Kirk’s office when he had received the transmission about the Zidagar taken or killed may Miranu and innocent citizens, and when he dissapitated the alliance with the Zidagar. She sighed, and sent a transmission, keeping her information brief, with as little detail as possible.

I understand the Azdgari are under siege from the Igadzra. For that reason I will destroy the tracking bug you have in Hyperion’s computer. If the Azdgari system was ever taken, and the information was ever found, I would be in serious danger.
The Zacha are planning to continue with the attack on the Rock with Voinian aid. The Zidagar have taken the Ersadt system, and the Zachit/Zidagar alliance is no more. You don’t know this and I didn’t tell you.
      -Seleria
      -----------------------------------------------------
Working quickly, she destroyed all traces of the Azdgari bug in Hyperion’s computer. Then she leaned back quietly, now unsure what side she really was on. Working with the Azdgari had benefited her greatly, but if they Azdgari fell while she was still with them, she would never again be safe in the Crescent. Seleria drifted off into thought.

Alenia paced her office, considering the new message. The reasons for taking the offer far outweighed the ones for ignoring it. She would save lives, and acquire new land. There were a few things she would like to discuss about the requests, but she was sure there would be no problems. And if it stopped those planets from being ruined, so much the better. Of course, if the Igadzra turned all their attention from the Azdgari to the Zidagar, the Zidagar might be exterminated, but neither Azdgari or Zidagar were doing well against the Igadzra. It might be good to save at least some of them, and that land had valuable resources. Of course, this all depended on the outcome of the battle of Chak.

They could of course, ask for the Kayans to allow them to set up base on a planet while they tested it on the southern Nebula, or bribe the southern renegades, since that Nebula would probably be easier to penetrate. Still, they did have nebula close to them.First they had to outfit a ship with it anyway. They called in a Lazira pilot, one who could be trusted, and had the pilot make sure it wouldn't explode the ship. Then the researchers and scientists considered their options and sent their data to the capital, asking for permission to set up base near one of the Nebula's.

Their once were two planets. Then humans destroyed the second. Now their was one.

      "Paranoia is Life"

    • OOC: Like I said I will be gone from monday to friday this week. I will have absolutely no internet access. I would like to get the Tinar stand off and the Chak battle over with. I think that there are pretty talented people on this webboard and if you want to get one to battle for me that is ok.

      "To: The Azdgari
      From: The Miranu government
We accept your request that we take in your systems if the battle of Chak goes badly with a few clarifications on your requests. You can of course live in your homelands, and we will not bargain your planets away, we shall honor your request and govern their. We have decided Kitrak can be yours, but as your people can still live on your old planets, we request that if the Miranu citizens wish to stay, they may. And we can not speak about the North Tip station, we have put any decision about the renegades, and the systems which they inhabit, to the Zachit. We will send a message to the Zachit asking if they will allow you to have North Tip Station."

Great Gordon thought now all I have to do is go and join the soon to be battle in Chak. His field commanders reported the stand off in Tinar was pleasently uneventful. His computer buzzed military advice in his ear, all of it which he ignored. He then recieved a new message.

      "(Message to Azdgari leadership)

Hmm. Prehaps we could use these ships to our advantage. Gordon zoomed up to Azdgari and sent a message to the ships that he only knew about from that scouting party that set out, what seemed like decades ago.

      To voinians: paranoidly encrypted
I am the leader of the Azdgari, gordontron as you may know. Our nation is currently under attack from another nation, one more evil than the renegades that we were attacking when their ships decended on our systems. Currently there is a stand off in Tinar, and there will soon be a battle in Chak. If you feel you could intimidate and/or attack our enemy we would be eternially grateful. We understand you may not want to do that and you may meet with me personally in the Azdgari system. We have already downloaded all our information to your government so you should have absolutely no problem finding it.

    • Eyes of Fire
      On Your Mark

      Mark

Admiral Vichama was enraged. He would not be able to lead the assault on Mavs at the side of the Supreme Commander and the Death Commando General. Instead, he would be aiding his Igadzra allies in their assault on the Zidagar war criminals. They gassed and toxined Azdgari years ago. Once a war criminal, always a war criminal.

Nevertheless, he would be able to utilize the new weapons provided by the geniuses in Gerec, STS, and Prometheus Flamus, thanks to the excellence of the well-used hyperwave relay communication systems. Swarm missiles, firestorm cannons, sunlances, firestorm turrets, cloaking devices, and the incredible power of the Emerald Fires reactor. It had been adequately tested, and the fuel it could produce allowed the cloak to be used for tremendous periods of time. Alliance craft would be able to win in prolonged fights much more easily with the new reactor. Once they had the upgrade, they would be unstoppable.

He had done a careful inventory after they had upgraded the Alliance Tenth Fleet, which was in reality the Third and Ninth Fleets combined. They had 920 Swarm missiles to use, and the sheer number of sunlances they could field would give them a large edge over the Zidagar, since the sunlances had twice the range of the normal phased beam and could deliver significantly more damage. He’d heard about the Azdgari jamming systems, but assumed the Zidagar would not be fielding them as the two were mortal enemies historically and weren’t likely to share that level of technology. Besides, if he ever encountered it, he could just order all turrets to become fixed emplacements and they would act as forward-firing cannons, but he didn’t think the fighting was likely to come down to that. So far, prospects seemed bright for the coming assault.

      Mavs

The Alliance First Fleet jumped into the Mavs system under the direct command of Supreme Commander Zathe ek Daal. 13 Crescent Warship, 37 Laziras, 65 Aradas and 107 Crescent Fighters, all equipped with the new technology out of the research directorates jumped into the system and immediately activated their cloaking devices. A quick scan revealed a renegade defense force of 20 Crescent Warships, 24 Laziras, 57 Renegade Aradas, and 94 Crescent Fighters. Zathe smiled maliciously; they outnumbered the renegades as well.

“All ships: empty all cycleswarm tubes on my mark. Target the entire renegade fleet, but feed the coordinates of the aradas and fighters to the launchers first. Let’s see how much we can eliminate from long range. Fire!”

2740 Swarm missiles quickly fired from the advanced cycleswarm launchers, acquiring their targets with the prime information processing capabilities of an enhanced insect mind. 2 missiles went to each renegade crescent fighter, and all 94 of them exploded before they could even react to the Alliance ships that had suddenly come out of cloak. The remaining 2552 missiles spiraled and tracked the renegade aradas, with six missiles to the arada to ensure elimination, and soon there were only 2210 missiles tracking the laziras and crescent warships remaining in the system. Teams of thirteen missiles were assigned to dispatch the laziras, and all 24 of them were vaporized with the combined might of 312 swarm missiles. Zathe’s eyebrows rose. Perhaps they wouldn’t need to fire energy weapons

The remaining 1898 missiles homed in on the crescent warships, with 23 missiles to the warship, and all the renegade warships were incinerated. Zathe smiled. They had completely annihilated the renegade forces with no losses, thanks to the new technology. They could have conserved missiles even, had they known they would be so effective. They’d remember when they cleansed Neslaut. Oh well...

Zathe turned to face the lieutenant manning the hyperwave relay. "Open a channel on the standard renegade frequencies.

"Pirates, we have eliminated the threat you pose to the systems around here. The Akrayhek Alliance offers you the oppurtunity to make amends for your past crimes by serving in the Alliance military. Cede control of your station to our forces immediately and lay down all arms, and you will be allowed to live. Should you resist, you will be met with deadly force coupled with zero mercy.

"Cut the channel. General, go ahead and send in your men. We'll keep our guns trained on Histiri Station in case they try anything."

"Aye sir." Kon motioned to the lieutenant to send out the signal to the other boarding parties, and soon there were thousands of Alliance Death Commandos in the shipyard of Histiri Station. The techs there had already surrendered, and Kon left a platoon to secure the shipbuilding facilities. After some time, he led his remaining forces, armed with Inferno Firestorm Rifles, in pacifying the remaining renegades who chose not to heed the Supreme Commander's ultimatum.

After another two galactic standard days, Histiri Station and Mavs had become another shipyard for the Akrayhek Alliance. It would supply the Alliance with an additional two Crescent Warships and 3 Laziras every galactic standard week.

      (Editted in new technology research)

      Gerec

Emerald Fires Mk.II: Work is still focused on the Emerald Fires reactors in Gerec. Researcher Inti's scientists have reported consistent projections saying the reactor could be further improved, allowing for extremely efficient fuel regeneration, or either moderately fast shield regeneration boosts or increased power to the weapons systems. The new reactor, when finished, will weigh no less than the original, and will be installed in all Alliance ships at the date of completion and will be installed in all Alliance ships after this point. (Begun: 4/21/03) (End: 4/26/03)

      STS Research Directorate

Hyperwave Relay Mk.II: Although the Alliance had instant communication for years, the Supreme Commander wants this technology installed in all current weapons systems to ensure that the Alliance's arsenal cannot be made ineffective by jamming mechanisms. What the new hyperwave relay array will consist of is installation, in all inferno arsenal hardpoints and in all swarm missiles and in all other Alliance weaponry, of a second sensor suite hardwired into the in-place systems. All weapons will transmit sensor data between themselves and all Alliance ships, allowing all weapons' targeting computers to use the entire field of view of an armada to make guiding decisions. (Begun: 4/21/03) (End: 4/26/03)

      Prometheus Flamus

Engineering-Sensor Distorters: All across Alliance space, except in Hrinix so as to remain in accordance with the alliance with the Igadzra, the Igadzra sensor distorters will be installed. Only Alliance strategists and sensor officers will know the whereabouts and actions of the Alliance fleets once construction is finished, just as is exhibited in Igadzra space. (Begun: 4/21/03) (End: 4/26/03)

    • This is a story about the primative alien race on the planet(it's name escapes me at the moment) in DSN-8619, if you've ever been. This sidestory will take place on the ground for a while until they discover space travel, etc.

"... And cheers will ring on the streets of Bjyem and Bohul as our heavy tanks return home from the Western Front!" boomed Duke Buvojina's voice in the packed Conference Hall of the Bjyem Capital Building.
"What progress on the Space Program," a journalist asks.
"We have nearly completed a solid fule rocket engine, and I cannot tell you any more details. Oh, and we have confirmed that the enemy is NOT developing any sort of space vehicle. I will take one more question... You, there, in the red suit.(the crowd chuckles)"
"Thank you Duke Buvojina. I understand we have sent a high-powered radio trasnissions to our galactic north. Has response been recieved, or anything betraying a reception?"
"I was actually waiting to release the details in a future press conference. Thank you and good day. 'BAHAOJ RECUMBUCE GEOH'" the duke cries the national slogan as he retires to his office. "Jeez! I think my people are itching for the space travel promised to them." He slips into his chair behind his desk. "Miss Goi, send in Professor Duidos"
"Yes Sir" his secretaries tinny voice responds through his speakerphone. 15 minutes later a eccentric looking old man walks in.
"Yes Sir?" he asks in a croaky voice.
      "What news of Project Outreach?"
"The response was clearly peaceful, sir. We could not triangulate the response origin, but by analyzing the response's protocol adressing, we found out that it came from a star named "Mira", the sending adress to our system, which they call "DSN-8619", and our planet, Boru, they have given a similar letter-and-number code. Clearly, we should try to contact them again, but if we use existing radio equipment, we expose ourself to marauding alien civilizations."
"Good work, Duidos. If there has been no response to our message by force yet, i think we are safe from any violence, though. I authorize a radio burst generalized to our galactic north requesting an emissary of their culture to come to Boru. Oh, good work on the rocket engines, but a liquid fuel rocket would also be useful. You are dismissed."
      "Yes, my Duke."

General Kon ek Gael looked over the starcharts he had acquired on Histiri Station. Most interesting. There appear to be renegades of another species to the Galactic North of here. The Supreme Commander will be most interesed. I'll send the message to him on the hyperwave relay.

The Alliance First Fleet, having refilled its cycleswarm missile tubes, had already jumped out to the Malago system to begin the first leg of its journey to Neslaut. Supreme Commander Zathe ek Daal was unlikely to find any more resistance there than he had in Mavs, but he still wanted to oversee the elimination of Neslaut's defenders personally.

Besides, they had some new real estate to remodel in Apert.
