MODERATION: Ultimate Rebel, that's fine. It's perfectly fine to assume she'd give you information on ship totals, since her life was at stake. Anything beyond that would be questionable territory. Of course, the Emalgha players still have the option to respond somehow, if they feel like it.
Continuation: In the Iri system, 2 Hinwar heavy fighters escorting a Hinwar supply ship exited hyperspace, and quickly set a course for the uninhabited world of Irid. The planet was shrouded in toxic blue gas, the results of a Voinian attack on a rebellious race of slaves (see the EVO dësc if you want, it's in there). The Hinwar pilots couldn't help but think of the parallels between this now extinct race and their own... Fortunately for them, this out of the way, uninhabited sysetm, was devoid of any other spaceships, Voinian, Hinwar, or otherwise.
"Let's scan for a suitable site," a heavy fighter crew member said. "Darn... the gas in the atmosphere is garbling my scanner readings. We'll have to get lower." The 3 ships entered the blue atmosphere and skimmed low over a broken, dilapidated city. It looked to have been abandoned for decades. Continuing onward, they entered a mountain range. "This looks like a promising spot," a science officer aboard the heavy fighter said. "We've got an extensive cave system under the northern mountain in this range. Large enough caverns to hide fighters in, even. Looks like it's only got a single entrance. Perfect!"
The three ships landed at the mouth of a large cavern, and two crew members from one of the heavy fighters exited, donning environmental suits to protect them from the poisonous atmosphere, and lugging along a large crate of equipment. "Let's hope this stuff Thunder gave us works..." one said to the other. "Where did he get the formula, anyway?"
"He was looking through the old Voinian files, those that hadn't been destroyed or highly classified and unaccessable, and he uncovered the formula for an antidote to the gas that killed off the slaves on this planet."
"Who were they anyway?"
"We don't really know. All we do know is that they called themselves the 'Lasin', and that they're now extinct. It's a sad story."
"Okay, we're ready. Help me pull out the force field generator, will ya?"
The two Hinwar men pulled out a small force field generator, and aimed it at the mouth of the cave. Soon, the opening was enveloped by a weak forcefield, not enough to stop solids or liquids from penetrating, but just enough to make it airtight. "Now we hope this chemical works... they said, pulling out a vial with a few milliliters of liquid in it, and smashing it against the wall. A hissing noise could be heard, and the blue tint of the air began to fade, first at the spot where the vial hit, but within a matter of minutes spreading throughout the entire cave system, ending at the forcefield. Taking off his helmet, one of the Hinwar men smiled. "It's okay," he said, breathing in deeply, "the air is fine now." Go and tell the supply ship crew they can begin unloading the stuff. And let's get the two heavy fighters inside!"
Over the next half hour or so, the crew of the supply ship unloaded crate after crate of equipment, metal, food, and supplies, and one or two crates of weapons from the insurrection, and transported each one to within the cave. Their job done, about half of them returned to the ship, leaving about 10 or 15 men and women behind in the cave. They waved as the supply ship took off, and flew out of sight into the deep chemical blue of the sky. As the supply ship, still alone in the system, returned into hyperspace, bound for Hinavar, the few Hinwar that had been left behind began the work of setting up a hidden base in the caves...
