Thanks Stray for signing the GuestBook and the free Publicity (by the by Tandum still uses Panning/sprites so its more of a Card Hybrid)
'Bunny, your game needs to be built using the build & release command, or needs to include the entire project folder and the 1mb application(not a good idea)...
What fatal errors are you referring to, if you mean objectively as in it crashes, then yes some do exist, most of the ones i know of are occur because Coldstone doesn't plan for the unlikely (if your feeling reckless try hitting the loop button in a single frame animation)...the best advice with all things is save and save often.
The engine has its quirks but it still produces a working product provided you don't step outside of the looslety enforced guidelines.
Many of the things people wish to do are possible but require as much planning as the story, as "easy" as ColdStone is there is no easy way to make a game, you would incur more frustration bugs errors etc if you attempted to build the games from scratch.
CGE has a beguiling friendly interface but its still a professional tool. The best thing we can do as a community is provide templates, tutorials. This is akin to providing demos,classes/types,chunks of code, etc.
Well enough of that, i'm currently doing interface work/animations/new 3d models/environments etc. I'll probably launch with only 3-4Maps and release the rest as plugins in the INFO-Mac archive.
