Before you get in touch with our tech support staff:
Have your specifics handy
Make sure you tell us about the computer you're using (RAM installed, OS version, model name, etc.) when you ask us a question. The more information you can provide the more likely it is we'll be able to answer you quickly. Also if you can describe your problem to us in the most descriptive way possible, that'll help too. The more info we have, the better.
Have your license code with you
If you have your license code available, we can look you up in our database more easily. If you don't have it on-hand, no worries, we can look it up for you.
