There are 3 sites that you would be interested in. First is the original webboard, provided by OctoberFost. If it is still up (I think it is) then it will be a good place to go to get some background. The second is the current webboard. That is where everything is happening. Third is the website. If you want to join up (please do!), don't email Stormbringer like it says on the website, just start looking around the board, and see if there is a govt you'd like to help out with. Then email the maker of that govt and ask to help.
