I'm going to destroy the Disco Bison.. Any suggestions? (ships,weapons,outfits,combat..etc.)

Long distance bombing is the safest. Another would be wait until he uses all his SAE modules and then go closer in to hit him with some other projectiles. Just don't get too close, he'll shred you.

A bit more clarification:

The Disco Bison is an Emalgha Warship with 5,000% more shielding than it's weak brethren. It's weapons include large amounts of SAE modules and two Disco Machine Guns (DMG for my own purposes). The DMGs are the big problem with fighting The Disco Bison since most good pilots can avoid the SAE modules.

While the DMG does relatively little damage per shot, it has a long range for a turret and it's rate of fire is so fast that your taking much more damage per pass than you would if you sat in front of the Dreadnought for a couple seconds.

Ohhhhhhhhh! I HATE THE DISCO BISON! I agree with you Mr. Hazy, you should go out and kill that stupid Emalgha warship! Just be REALLY careful! If I were you, just get a bunch of Igazra escorts, and while they attack the Disco Bison close range, you fire on it at a distance with SAEs, SADs, Pursuit Missiles, ect. ect... I'd also sell ALL close range weapons to make more room for SAEs and other homing weapons.

Good luck trying to beat him. Long-range weapons are useless against it, he can jam those. your only shot is to put together a huge fleet of big-shot warships, gather them all around the Bison, and attack without stopping. God help you if your escorts get scattered and he focuses his turrets on you though....
