    • Bug?

I'm working on a mission where I have to pick up an agent called Troub at Gribon, and then return him to Huron. The problem is the time limit is exceded when I get back to Huron, I've tried the most direct route I can and it seems impossible for me to make it back to Huron in time. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

    • Get a smaller ship. A Scoutship or Miranu Courier should be good.

Who's General Failure and why's he reading my disk?

    • Okay, is there any way for me to use another ship and then go back to my old one, I have a beefed up destroyer I don't want to loose.

      ------------------

    • Well, it would be VERY risky! You COULD capture a small ship and use it as your ship. When you have done the mission, you hail your old shil (that is now your escort) and fire it. Then you disable it and capture it and use it as your ship. As I said risky!!!! Not the best option, but the only one that let´s you keep your ship. Hope that helps, I now it didn´t...it depressed(sp) you?!

If it´s quality software you can read "Made with Macintosh" -Shadow

    • Ummmm, that's considerably worse than simply buying a new ship and then re-purchasing (and re-outfitting) your old one.

Oh, and I recommend an Azadari for that mission string. Once you get the sheild regenerator installed, you are impervous to the fire from the "wimpy renegades" of the Proxima Nebula. More importantly, though, you don't need more cargo room than the one ton which is included. 😃

Don't don't don' let's start. This is the worst part. To believe for all the world that you're my precious little girl. Don't don't don' let's start. I've got a big heart, and I don't get around how you... get around.

    • Don't worry. Unless you have the cloak (which can only be found in one mission) you should be able to buy evrything back in no time.

    • He might not have enough money to buy it back, and when he got a crappy little ship that can take some time!

    • Get the plug-in "Quick Jump". For a measly 1,000,000 credits you can bring any ship down to 1 day per jump.

    • Thanks for the tips everyone. I do have a cloaking device right now so I wasn't too hot on the idea of downgrading. I'll try the Jumping plug-in, thanks a million.
