Is there a site where I can download ships and outfits individually? I need the entire resource, not just the graphics.

Well, most developers prefer to design their own ships and outfits, so most of the demand is for graphics, which require more talent than putting numbers in a template. I don't know of a source for complete ships, but Caernarvon Station

have some outfits that include all the resources, though some are only graphics. Actually, making the ship, outfit, and weapon resources yourself should not be too difficult. (After all, I learned how to do it )
