I'm sorry to say that I've had to abandone a project that I said I was doing. Those of you who saw the post know what I'm talking about (the outfits idea post). I've got at least 6 non-ev related projects going, and a TC as well.
For those of you who want to do it, here's how;
*The idea is to make a plug that will give you a govt's tech if you conquer every world of that govt.
*Make a series of auto-aborting mission computer news items. The mission requires the planet in question to be dominated.
*Each planet sets a bit needed for the next planet in the sequence. Barf World sets 200, Poo World requires 200 and sets 201.
