      Yet another idea for an updated EV-type game:

      It would seem realistic, and add some gameplay perhaps, if you could hide somehow. As it is your enemies follow you mercilessly wherever you go, whereas it seems like a good measure of tactics consists in smart use of the terrain, even in space. Practically speaking this could mean that how thick with asteriods or interference the system is would influence what range you need to be within for people who don’t like you to be pursuing you. This could very easily screw up gameplay though, especially if you had a fast ship, so it would have to be double-edged in some way.

      I know this is a big kind of change; I’m just day-dreaming out loud ( or something like that).

      Also, I saw a TC plug called Horizon mentioned, but can’t find it listed on Ambrosia’s EVO plugin pages. Does anyone know where to pick it up? Thanks.

    • well, you can kinda hide behind asteroids... that's about it tho. hiding on like the other side of a stellar object could be neat, but remember this is a 2d game.

      horizons sounds like New Horizons, for EV, not EVO.
