    • Stucked at Level "Flash Freeze"

      Dear all,

currently i am stucked at the end of the "Flash Freeze" level. There comes a point where you have to jump a quit long distance. After taking the "jump extension bubble" it is still not possible to reach the other side.
Does someone has a clou how to reach the other side?
      Thanks in advance

If I'm thinking of the right place, you must grab the double-speed ('jump extension' as you call it) powerup and then run, on top of that. Check your key configuration; I think shift is default. You should barely make it.

(Side note: double-speed powerup is different from running; you must use BOTH.)

    • Welcome to our little world at the Ferazel boards Pati.

I think we have all been stuck at that particular spot! The secret is to (after getting the powerup) run and jump at the same time. The default "run" key is "shift" (I think). You CAN make it!

It is all a matter of timing. I must have fallen into those pits a thousand times before I got it right! (Then I'd make it and run right off the edge - oops)

So - practice, practice, practice. Good luck, and have fun.

Like both of them have said it's all about running and maintaining speed. You have to be holding shift so you're running through the entire thing. Just make sure you don't stop

I assume you mean "if you're just trying to beat it then you don't want to stop"?

Remember, you DO eventually need the 4~!!- for Ends of the Earth, and now is the best time to get it.

I'm just having fun playing with (torturing) a new player. I guess we don't get many new ones around here, so I'll reveal it for you, pati_s. The following page will not only tell you where e~!~~ is and what 4~!!- is:

      (url="http://"http://www.macosjournal.com/guides/ferazel/")Ferazel's Wand Guide(/url)

Look in the sector you were in in Flash Freeze; all will be revealed.

      I think that's right under picture 18 and 19 on the (url="http://"http://www.macosjournal.com/guides/ferazel/ff.shtml")Flash Freeze page(/url) :).

You might not want to see the other secrets of the level(s) so you need an exact location :D.

Actually, the Ice Wall spell works in this way too, but it costs (alot of) magic power- Ice Wall is one of the only two spells that, when standing in ziridum brine, repeatedly casting, can cost your magic power faster then you regain it. I know too much almost useless information. 😄

And the other spell is tree trunk, right? (That costs more than you gain from brine)

How does that work? Zirdium brine recharges your HP and MP forever.

When something takes off more HP per strike than zeridium can replace - like the spike ball over the zeridium pool in Labarynth. If you stand up and take all the hits in that you die because the pool can't repair your health fast enough.
