      If you're willing to publish an update, then it should be done through your company. If you're willing. Are you?

      Otherwise, if the update is free, I do not see how your company would be losing anything. Harm isn't proved, really. I mean, what would you sue for?

      I would love it if Ambrosia was willing to work for a Ferazel update. I hope it happens. 🙂 It would be like getting the cake with the dang icing.

      The man who banned Ben Spees (the creator of "the greatest Ambrosia game ever") now brings us that message of maturity. I was beginning to think that Ferazel might make a come back. But apparently that would not be in the best interests of Ambrosia Software. Good thing we have Andrew to look after the consumers best interests. God knows what hell would happen were Ferazel to be kept alive.

      I am noticing an Andrew trend. Andrew Schaaf behaved like a jerk. Andrew Welch...

      I would, but I believe these boards prohibit the use of certain language. I have various conspiracy theories, involving Ferazel's popularity in relation to Andrew's personal beliefs. I am really getting disgusted with Andrew's whole attitude about this matter. I will post more once I find a way to peacefully protest.

      The reason for this topic was not to debate Andrew Welch's attitude towards Ben or Ferazel's Wand. This is really none of our business. Since that's all anyone is talking about on this thread and since Andrew has stated that a Ferazel update is not possible because of contract issues, I'm going to lock this topic. It's pointless now. It may turn out that an update to Mascot is possible since that was a freebie. I'll let you know if Ben wants to do anything further with this, keeping legalities in mind of course.
