Sorry, MonsterLady, but I thought your post was slightly confusing, so
The Ferazel's Wand World Data file is what gives you your new levels.
Open your Ferazel's Wand folder (the folder containing the Ferazel's Wand program), make a new folder named "New Levels" (because you'll end up with lots of new world data files in the end). Inside that folder, make another folder called "Original levels". Drag the file "Ferazel's Wand World Data" from your Ferazel's Wand folder into the original levels folder.
Now make a folder named "The Return" in the "New levels" folder. Place all the Return's files (the level you downloaded) in there. Now you have two folders, each with a level set in them.
Ok, now you need to put the level you want in the Ferazel's Wand folder. If you want to play the Return, open the Return folder you just made inside the new levels folder. Drag the file with the option key down to copy it into the Ferazel's Wand folder. Now you have the Return's levels in the same folder as Ferazel's Wand program. You also have backup copies of the original levels and The Return in the New levels folder (just in case).
When you open Ferazel's Wand, it reads the levels from the file that's in the same folder as the program is. Since you put the Return in there, you get The Return's levels.
By the way, if you download MascotJuggler from (url="http://"http://www.geocities.com/mulletsailors/downloads/downloads.html")http://www.geocities.../downloads.html(/url) it makes it a lot easier.
Good luck
(edit)Lizwiz, why don't you put something like this in your readme?(/edit)
