Yes, and it's not terribly difficult. The Res Necklace is worth it.
Get past the zidium brine, and land on the edge of the second platfrom.
If you notice how the springs are set up, there are two gaps in the springs. Between 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 (I think). Here is how you get past the springs:

()Press "right" and when you almost hit spring 1 press "jump". You should do a small jump over spring 1 and land in the gap between spring 1 & 2.
()Move as far left as possible. Press "run" and "right" and you should fly over spring 2 & 3 and land be 3 & 4.
()Do a small jump to hop over 4 like you did to get over 1. Hopefully, you will land between springs 4 & 5.
()Then launch yourself over 5, like you did over 3, and you should land on the third platform.
()Pick up the Res Necklace
