well, I read all the comments about Ends of the earth and I must admit i feel a little like a sucker (but I've beaten easily enough "Parched Earth" - he, he, :D)My problem is elementary. What to do after having reached the first save point? I am absolutely stuck. Please, help!

Welcome, toto, from Italy! To the right of the first save point there is a purple pool. Go past the flames to the right of the purple pool and climb the wall and shoot up. This will open up a new passageway for you. Here you have two choices - Ice Wall spell or Tree Trunk spell. Good luck!!
