If you slid through places in Flash Freeze, you know everything I do. Just "run," and push the "down" key right at the point where you want to slide under something. As far as I know, though, it only works on ice. I have been able to make it work to at least get me INTO a small space (like underground in Flash Freeze where the second multi-crystal is located). But then you have to sort of bump yourself OUT again!
