    • Let me try to explain this better.

      Each government gets 5 times their daily income to make their starting fleets. This cash must all be spent, because remaining funds are not transfered to the government's treasury.
      The fleets you buy with this 5x income are the defense and attack fleets for your entire government. Defense fleets do not just apear from the planet below 😉

      Folowing the start of the story each government will get it's income once a day. what it does with this cash(spend on fleets, mercs, or save it) is up to the big wig.

      One post battles are not allowed unless the planet under seige does not have a player behind it.

      The Cheat, you may not have bulk freighters. Only the Confederation and Astex may build those. You may buy them from the Confederation if they want to give you clearance for it. Also, your initial fleet count of 4 Kestrels, 4 Corvettes, 5 Lightnings, 15 Hawks, 15 Defenders, 2 Bulk Freighters comes to 62.65M. That is 12.65M more than your allowance. Please fix that.

      Oh, i should also add that mercs will me allowed 50M for their initial fleet but will not get a daily income. I would prefer that Merc not capture planets for themselves. It kinda defeats the purpose of being a Merc.

      10 Confed Cruisers = 200M credits
      50 Confed Frigates = 250M credits

      My subordinates will each have 150M to spend.
      That should fit in with everything..

    • You goofed again. That's a total of 650M. You have 750M to spend.

      So just allow an extra 50M to each of your subbordinates.

    • Considering the number of planets out there, it's a lot easier and more realistic to let the fleets come automatically. Otherwise you spread the money out so much that the attack fleets are maybe half a dozen ships, with only a couple ships in a defense fleet.

    • Okay, so as a Merc, I get 50mil to start my fleet, all further income comes from doing mission/jobs/etc for other players. I can also dominate planets for income, but that is generally frowned upon by the other players, and therefore is not normally a good idea. Here's my fleet:

      4 Kestrels-40mil
      8 Rapiers-9.6mil, they cost 1.2mil each
      1 clipper
      8 Lightnings (from inside Kestrels)-0

      Please tell me if my calculations are off, I got the prices from a guide, didn't feel like actually checking them in the game.

      Rapiers are 1.20M. 8 Rapiers is 9.60M. So after the Kestrels and the Rapiers you have 400,000 credits left. Instead of shuttles you might look into a Clipper or 4 defenders or something like that.

    • Suh-weet! Thanks for the correction. I'm dropping the shuttlecrafts, and I'm adding one clipper. The clipper will mainly serve as very small cargo transports. Also, my merc services will operate out of Yemuro, with your consent and approval of course.

      400k will buy one Clipper. Please edit your last post and correct the fleet count.

      You may operate out of New Antigua provided the pirate leader says it's alright. If you have any memory problems check the player list on the first page to see who is what possition.
