I don't have a mac so I dont have EV, but I was wondering if anyone can take a, or several screenshots of EV's galactic map, with the systems names visible?

What is that "Astex #1" place on the bottom of the map? Is there some special mission associated with this?

It's not too great, but it does its job.

WARNING: It takes a long time to load. The only way it was at all legible was in .png format, and Photoshop can't choose file size for .png files.------------------

No offense meant, but it seems to me it's badly done, it looks like a JPEG that has been converted into a PNG - a very bad idea. Redo the captures (sorry, but you can't get rid of the JPEG compression arctifacts around non-black areas any other way), put them together in Photoshop, save first as a photoshop psd file that you will keep as an original, then "save as..." as a gif, it should be well enough (we don't need more than 256 colors for a map).
