now I have a rapier and dominate like 10 systems and some of those systems had more than one planet or moon.
the easiest planets to dominate are the ones with defenders. just buy a rapier and fly away from them when they catch up turn your ship around and proton bolts away.
or while the defenders are still far away turn around and launch proton torpedos, it only takes one.
for confed planets I just fly slow enough to let the patrol ships catch up slowly then while they are still to far away for proton bolts I match my speed whith theirs, put my back to them and use my rear facing turret. the same goes for the gunboats. (note:you will need a jammer to dodge the missiles they shoot)**
Remember that 6000 kills doesn't necessarily mean 6000 ships destroyed. Many ships have a much larger crew than one person, and all personnel that bite the dust are counted as kills.
