I've found several wormholes in different systems is there anyway to to go directly where you want or is each entry a diffirent route . thanks

Are you talking about the plug in "Galactic Scourge"? If so, you need to do a certain number of missions with NASA before you can gain access to them. It'll tell you when you've got it. And no, there is one set exit point.
