Im sure its been brought up before, but im new to the boards (since EV:N went windows, im a windows user). Although im new to EV, i have played similair, online games, for years (Subspace, Infantry) and also recently another Online game that reminded me greatly of EV, in the role-playing aspect (Diaspora, and subsequent clones). These 3 games have brought the idea of a Game similair to these, and EV at the same time. Perhaps a version of EV that can be multi-player, similair to subspace, but as role-playing as EV, or Diaspora. Im just personally wondering if such a game has been thought of by Ambrosia before, or if they would ever consider making one in the future. Im sure anyone who has played Subspace would love to see the RPG aspects of EV incorporated with the massive-multiplayer universe of Subspace. Just wondering if that could be on the board

Yes, Ambrosia has thought about an online version of EV, but they have decided against it. So even if an online game that came from somewhere was based off EV, Ambrosia wouldn't be the one to make it.

Nothing personal, but this topic has been brought up over and over and over in the years since EV has been released. It's been discussed, and it simply wouldn't be EV.
