That's pretty strange. When you click all the links, it just takes you to the normal download screen on downloads.net (or whatever that place is). Definitely not a secret online version. Maybe they mean "game you can download offline"? Definitely, they got mixed up a bit. And isn't the picture they show from Nova?
In any case, that's some nice advertising for ASW.

Strange indeed. How did they get the idea of that EV is online? Have they ever read our FAQs where it expressly says EV is not multiplayer? I guess not.

I notice that not only does the link lead you t oa download page instead of opening the game (as it would for the online games like Tank Wars), the download is only 5.x megs, which means it is the original EV, not Nova as the picture implies.

That makes it just even more strange. In addition to saying its online, they have a misleading picture. It says Nova, but downloads original EV. Hmm... probably the makers of the site know about this? Strange, strange.
