      EMP torpedoes have excellent guidance. However, you need to think twice before firing them at ships with a decent point-defense system. (Destroyers or better.) They are destroyed more than 50% of the time.

      One thing I like to do (expensive, but effective) is to fire an EMP and several Hellhounds at the target. While the target is firing at the hellhounds, the EMP slips through and knocks off 50% of a target's shields. And if the hellhounds survive, great! they hit too!

    • I generally stay on the screen with my target, and It is completely possible to shoot them with missles even though they have jamming. Just fire at close range, pointing directly at them, and make sure they are not in a bad direction. (flying away or stopped means hit, other directions mean misses)
