uhm, you know a ship should cost it's outfits plus some ammount right? Right there your starbridge should cost about 40M. 6M for the slicer(cant be rapidfire cause it's a beam), about 120,000 for the missiles, at least 2M for the bay, and it's shields and armor are greater than a rebel cruiser. This is not EVN. This is EV, where 500 shields a alot, and ships of caliber cost a rightful price. You cant have a fighterbay with only 2 crew, who would fly the fighters? you didnt even say the speed accel and turn rate. Look at my Warbird as a guide, note that it is one of the most potant(sp) ships on the market. You alone cant design a new ship and build it, be realistic. To design a ship you need a specialist, a shipyard, a staff to do the fitting, and much more. i think it is only right that only governments can design/build new ships. Ok, you're working for the rebels. so what? you need stardust to approve, mods to approve, complete stats, a rightful price and realism of the overall ship. Let me list the crewcount of all ships that have fighters:
Kestrel: 196(2 lightnings)
Rebel Cruiser: 527(4 mantas)
Confed Cruiser: 1029(4 patrolships)
Now, as you can see, a ship with the size to house a fighterbay would need a crew to fit plus pilots for the fighters, you didnt even specify how many fighters it carrys.
Overall, i find that ship very objectable. try again when you have worked everything out fairly. i have no doubt that everyone will argee with me that that ship will never happen in it's current form. (/rant)
