Does evula.org require FTP or does it have a File Manager like (url="http://"http://www.geocities.com")www.geocities.com(/url), (url="http://"http://www.brinkster.com")www.brinkster.com(/url), and (url="http://"http://www.freewebs.com")www.freewebs.com(/url)
My second question is, it says on your site if I were to sign up for and get an approved evula.org account I would have to place the evula.org banner above any other banners I have on the site. What is I used my own banner, would the evula.org banner still have to go above it? (Just my site's banner.)

Nope, FTP server. If I can find a way to install a file manager like those sites have, I will, but it isn't very high on my list of things to do.

"Banner" in that instance was referring to any money-making banners; for example, if you signed up with, uh, whatever the banner portion of what FastCounter is called now (I think it's bCentral, dunno), and wanted to put that banner on your site, you could, but my banner would have to be at the top of your page.
