Well, I think you wanted to know where the actual town of Dernath is. Here is how you do it: Go north of fantrima until you hit the first bridge. Now go down for about 10 seconds and go east. Then follow the lake.

Actually that's the ocean I think. In any case you'll know you're heading the right way when you spot the Dernath tunnel entrance.
