Erm.
Penguin, you may first want to read the rules, and notice that I assign a total of $100M in ships spread over all Weave (just Weave, not Calan/Hunn'sta/etc.) players. Currently, that means that you and Bari each get $47.5M for a fleet, and my Presidential transport costs around $5M. However, since more Weave players may join, you may want to put off your fleets until later.
Kyle, if you don't like your Calan fleet, you can remake it, just remember that at least 30% of it (I did that by price) must be either Calan destroyers or fighters, and the other 70% can be Weave Alliance ships.
Note to all future applicants who wish to join the Weave: Due to the fact that we have two Weave Alliance players and a Calani, you may be asked to join the Brox, Hunn'sta, or Sauridians rather than the Weave itself. This is, of course, Ipvicus' decision over mine...

Alright I am finally back for a more extended ammount of time and will be able to make some decisions.
Firstly, I have good news, Tim, the creator of the EMPIRE Series has agreed to serve as a Moderator from time to time. Since he has intimate knowlege of the EMPIRE Universe (seeing as how he created it :)) I think he will make a great Mod for when we are having those epic arguments so common to EV Webstories.
Secondly, TheLonePenguin this story already has enough Weave Commanders so I think it would be better if you were put in charge of the Hunn'sta. They are pretty small and would better suit an inexperianced writer like yourself.
Thirdly, I have some things to clear up that I have yet to add to the rules.
After the purchase of initial fleets Credits are meant only as a basic guide for how much your government can afford. Shipbuilding is mostly going to be regulated through the use of the shipyards and waiting periods. There dosen't need to be a whole lot of accounting going on with every ship purchase, just make sure your purchases make sense. This is not, however, an excuse to go totally overboard with your ship purchases. I and the other mods will be watching every purchase, if only because we are all leaders as well and don't want the other side having more ships!

Bari, I wasn't sure what position you wanted to be in, so I took the liberty of making fleets. I just want to be the political leader of the Weave (the President), not the High Commander or whatever the military leader is called. Is that ok?

Having experiance with the Empire plugs is not a requirement for this story. All I ask is that you visit the Empire Webstory Site and read up on the storyline and ships.
Speaking of the site, I have some additions lined out that I hope to have uploaded soon. First priority will be getting the Outfits section of the site up, it won't include many hard numbers, just a basic idea of the ammount of damage that stuff does. I also intend to flesh out the governments section with both a more detailed explanation of each Weave Member Race, and several research options for each government. Research Options will basicly be tech upgrades for different classes of ships, to take advantage of them will require different ammounts of money and time depending on the complexity of the upgrade.
