Just south of Fantrima. If our level 21 without finding this boy, you must have a weaker then avarage hero without ever getting new titles. but I guess you can make this up by buying elixirs.

i found him but Im having touble with the directions given by Npc in game thier NSEW never seems to match my sense (anyone else?) I stumbled into the order of the Crystal caveran and by the time i got out i was 12th lvl!!!
