the forklift (and registration) is the only way kill him (he will come back if you use the forklift not if you register it.

here i've posted one of the ways to get the forklift:

Hold (Option) and click on the title screen until the Escape
Velocity/Mystery Science Theater 3000 theme plays. Hold (Ctrl) +
(Command) + (Option) + F when the phrase "-MCB 4:35 A.M." appears.
The "Forklift" theme song will play to confirm correct code entry.
The loaded pilot file will receive the forklift.

I heard from someone that you can use resedit to take her off and all you get is the 'Please register' thing at the begining:P
