Ok, I have a PC, a newish one. I downloaded the Executer and got some Plug-ins and stuff, however I cant get them to work. I am somewhat unfamiliar with the whole Executer thing. I place the Pluggin in the "Plug-in" folder, then i got into EV and try to use it, but I cant. so in short. How do i get a Plug in to work?
What do I do?

This is still me, I just want to clarrify something as I continue to work with the executer. I did get one doing something "Ev max cheater" but when in the plug-in folder it's a big red circle with a question mark in the middle.??? the rest I cant even expand or anything. they just sit there as .sit files heh, maybe thats what their supposed to do. just sit. But anyway, I want to be able to run them in the game, how how how???
