Brad Kraq, as head of EndorŐs small defense attachment, was a very busy man. Ever since the capture of El Santo, his fleet has been on general alert. He was shaving when suddenly a loud alarm started sounding and blast doors started closing. He instinctively knew what was going on, and bolted straight for his Manta. The Manta hangar was under brutal assault by Confederation storm troopers, and he had barely enough time to launch.

NelsonŐs fleet jumped into the system twenty minutes after his storm troopers had landed en masse on EndorŐs surface. Since the chaos below was taking up all of the Rebel assets, Nelson was allowed to get very near Endor before being detected. Soon enough, multiple forces of disorganized Mantas blasted into space. The first wave had no chance against the massive proton and neutron arrays on the Confederate Cruiser. Twenty mantas died from betting caught in the extremely heavy fire. The next wave of fifty, heeding the lesson the previous wave had learned the hard way, split off from the Confederate Cruisers. The Mantas regrouped out of the CruisersŐ range and waited. The Cruisers advanced towards the Mantas. Suddenly, fire erupted from behind the Cruisers. The remaining fifty or so mantas had snuck up behind the Confederates, and began bombarding them with fire.
However, the Confederate Cruisers had another card up their sleeves. They had recently been outfitted with sensors that allowed independent targeting for each weapon. The Cruisers aimed their proton batteries at the Manta behind, while they unleased on the Mantas in front with the vaunted particle beam and neutron cannons. The surprised Manta pilots went down hard. Only twenty survived to retreat. Brad Kraq was one of them. He contacted them over their secure radios, and ordered them all to smash themselves into one single critically damaged cruiser. The Mantas obeyed, and rammed straight into the Capitalist. The ship staggered and its hull bickled and then collapsed, but all the Mantas had been destroyed in the kamikazi charge.
Osiris is now controlled by the Confederation of Republican Worlds
