were do i go after i see the Alien fleet and land in that system?

ok i found it but now there is another problem. i am an offender in all union space and killing pirates doesnt do anything. im suposed to go to Earth but cant land

One interesting thing I do if im in a pinch is to pick up a passenger or cargo run at any bar, with a destination to the planet that does not allow me to land. This forces the destination planet to allow you to land no matter how bad your status is. Also, you may attempt leaving the system and coming back later, sometimes planets will not be bribable, but a little later will allow you to bribe a landing pass. If you get really desperate, use ResEdit, and change the tolerance and anger( or whatever its called... it slips my mind at the moment) levels of the planet and government.
