New problem!
Whenever I click on Basilisk II or its GUI, all I get is a message saying that "...can't read ROM" or something to that effect. I've downloaded the ROM twice now, same thing. What's going on here?

Did you unzip everything? I really don't know much about emulators, I just know the logic about it. It also might be that you stuck it in the wrong file.

It's okay, now, Jimbob! It works! It's aliiivve! All I had to do is restart the computer(duh!) and all was right with the world. Now all I gotta do is get the plugins... Man, what a delightful shock that was to see "Welcome to Mac OS" on a PC screen. I'll tell ya, after not playing EV since early December, it sure feels good to fly around in the ol' EV universe. I had no idea this topic got revived again...
Just a little note...
"How to Emulate a Mac on Windows" and myself take a official stand-point against downloading and pirating a MacOS. If you already had (or have) a version of the MacOS you want to tranfer over, I'm pretty sure there is a way to do that on the emulator (I haven't used it in a while).

Hey Guys..
Glad to find there millions of other people out there trying to get EV working on Windows..
I used Ardi's Executor on a Pentium 166....yea that's a piece of poo computer but i promise you executor can run EV fine as long as you know how to use it...you can change the refresh rate so its nice and smooth and as for the 30 days thing....well i found a way around that....i won't say it out on a web board but if people are really interested you can email me about how to get executor working nice and forever....I tried other emulators but theres too much hassle to get through with Rom images etc....Executor is easy fast and can run EV easily on amost any computer....

WTF are you talking about? Ebay has lots of cheap Macs for well under $500. I've seen 6100s run less than $100.

Serial crack, i know that too, but when you press the "y" key during battle, the game crash and ADRI crash out to windows. Use Bilisk II, its the best out there for now, because ADRI runs macOS 6.0 maxium while Bilisk II runs 8.0 max, also because it uses a rom. Use search on the internet you will find the rom with in an hour. There are 2 company out there that are developing PPC emulator which can emulator up to macOS X and imac computer systems.
My point is ADRI is piece of ****.

Actually, you can download mac roms from various ftp's... It's illegal, but it's free. Unfortunately, you'll have to live with the knowledge of cheating apple computers inc. on your conscience...
Anyway, if you really want them for emulation without having to buy a mac, search on lycos or infoseek, you'll find some eventually. If you get virii from badly build cracking sites, serves you right
