Awww c'mon Skyblade, we are gonna pay for the refits when page seven rolls around. Besides all of the ships I added to had open weapon slots in their designs, and they are just lil anti-fighter things, not huge hulking Trinity cannons. Real fleets can get refits and weapons upgrades when new technolagy comes around, if I didnt think the survival of my fleet depended on it I wouldn't have asked for these refits. You never complained when Grundy made his first refits, and you didnt mind my new tractor beams at first. Did the fact that they could actually turn the tide in a battle change your mind?

While im arguing is there ever going to be any moderation of that battle a Kaujathat? Mac did say that at least part of the posts made by Carn and Rak was illegal and needed to be revised, will that ever happen?

Well, I'll have to give Mac the final say. Even if upgrading is permitted, then I'm sure you'll be sorry once the Dreden Navy starts doing so. 
It would more likely serve to our advantage than to you... Just telling you for your own good.
Like I said before, I have no problem with you winning a battle (after all, isn't that your goal? :p). In fact, a victory could really do you guys soom good. I was unaware that Grundy had already upgraded some of his ships... Again, I'm just going to let Mac decide. If upgraded is permitted, then that might make me much happier.

I'd say no upgrading. We agreed to small updates on flagships a long time again, but that really hasn't come to anything significant, as I expected. I don't know how we could establish a fair pricing scale for upgrades. I actually do have several questions about the realism of that anyway (primarily based on comparative weapon ranges), so let's just forget it.

I know that it happend pages ago, but as far as I can tell, I think you mistook "that Stentaurus battle that everyone is complaining about" to mean the battle that took place later that night between me and Carn, for the battle at Kaujathat between Kyle, Rak and Carn. If you posted anything about it and i missed it let me know.

Whee! I finally got the map up to date! I'll try not to fall so far behind on you guys again.
Skyblade, after doing a little research on Jimbob's fleet, I found the numbers I had were correct at the point after the Battle of Verdica, when you had traded ships to balance fleets and purchased new ones. I can find no record of change since then, so that's what I'm going with for now. If you can find a spot where it changed somehow, point me to it. I also left all the ships with Jimbob, since they'll revert to his command when either fleet leaves. I did add the captured Cruiser for Plute. The reason for getting it seems quite reasonable, and it's not a planet-wrecking juggernaut or anything, so I'll allow that capture. This whole defection thing is so weird...
Everyone else: I think my numbers and positions are all correct, but glance over your fleet once to make sure it looks right to you.

Hmmm... the Vork system's name suddenly turned to "Aesh." You forgot to label it in green, since it's under Dreden control.
During the beginning stages of BFS III, everyone was wondering why Azdara had 3 Titans (since he was only suppost to have 2). You made it clear that he could have three, so we went from there. Believe me, we wouldn't get our Titan numbers screwed... They're our most valuable warship, and we intend on keeping track of every one of them. Following Verdica, we added an additional Titan from Azdara's fleet to the 42nd. Now unless there's been some missunderstanding, both the 36th and the 42nd are suppost to have two Titans...

Actually, I changed that since there were two Vorks. There's one farther down the line, which is Dreden controlled. I don't think you've ever been to Aesh, have you, since it's beyond Stornick?

To my understanding, Jimbob lost his original two at Verdica, in my edited stats. That gives you three total.

Ok then, it must have been a mistake on his part. He's had two Titans listed in his fleet ever since Verdica. Also, give Azdara the two Titans, and Jimbob one. Azdara has had two in his fleet ever since Verdica (he gave his third to Jimbob).

Heh, never noticed that.
And the Aesh system was captured by the Dreden. I jumped ahead of Stornik and captured it, while I was going to let Azdara take Stornik. Since he didn't post for a long period of time, I went ahead and did it for him.

That sounds right, I can't recall Azdara ever actually losing one of his. I'll fix that for you a bit later today.

Alright, gotcha. I don't know how I wound up with two Vorks, unless you had two on your original map. After I cut half the galaxy off, I renamed all the human sounding systems with alien names from the other side, but made sure to black out each name as I used it. Weird.
