Hey, do any of the producers or designers from the Escape Velocity team ever come to these boards? Heh, today I managed to destroy someone's kestral, but i don't remember the name. Also, today, I attacked Matt Burch's kestral and didn't manage to do even one percent of damage to his shields. argh. (not that i expected to win against the game's creator)

Yes, the ATMOS team (creators of EV Nova) are around. If I recall, they're Frandall, pipeline, and a couple others.

As true as that statement is, they aren't the developers for EV.

Anyway, to answer the question, yes, they frequent the forums, but not always this one in particular. Matt Burch is busy with Nova, and Andrew mainly hangs out on Just Chat (as far as I can tell).

Matt Burch is a somewhat common sight on the Nova board, but he's not exaclty the most talkative person on the boards. He answers the occasional question about Nova, and will take some time to make light of some new information, but not much else.

If you're looking for discussion about the original EV, Matt is not the person to talk to, and this is not the place to look for him. As for ATMOS, anyone other than Frandall or pipeline is a rare sight.
