    • One other thing,

For the members-only section we could put a part on for each gov. telling them missions/pay for them... There could be a seperate part for each gov. with a different pass..

      Whatever just you know....

      Jager

      ------------------
War doesn't deside who is right it desides who is left.
Jager a nice frindly pirate here to plunder your ship

    • Jager? Karma-slapped?    Not that nice-freindly-pirate-here-to-plunder-our-ship? Gasp, how could this be? 😉

The governments really don't have missions. It's just about killin' each other. You see, in EV, you play as a freeloader. You can't "enroll" yourself in a particualr army. You just pick up missions for them, and you are free to change whenever you wish. However, in BFS, you are enrolled in a single army, so you must behave as such. If your boss has a job for you to do, he will E-Mail it to you, so noone may see it. It wouldn't exactly be great if Asriel sent you a message on the boards, looming there for all to see. "Make a surprise atack on Sol. Do it tomorrow, at exactly 4:35 AM." By that time, pretty much every HC fleet would be there, ready to kick your a$$.

However, the rest does sound cool, but Mac would know all the passwords, even if it was possible to do that with HTML... Is it? But a good idea, however.

    • It's possible, but I don't know how to do it. I see no point whatsoever anyway.

Dragon, there are no hidden fleets this time - you need to give me your location. (tick, tick, tick... 😉 )And yes, initials were used on the Map in BfS II, but the map is a bit more advanced this time, 😉

    • Good point. Mac, please post my fleet!

England didn't have the Macross back then though. We do now. We'll win. The HC will end up paying tribute to us.

    • Allow me to form an un-official buisness agreement with you. We work together to kick HC/Dreden a$$, then, when we have them cowering at their knees, you guys can do what you want with the HC, but we want the Dreden back. My toilet's getting dirty... 😛 But we request 1/4 of the HC populace just to bolster our slave trade. Asriel can have Mac to clean his toilet, and RC will take Skyblade. Hmm, I'll settle for Jimbob... 😛 Do we have a deal?

    • Well, it has to be ratified by both Rebel Council and Lord Asriel but I think they'll agree. In any case, I agree to it. The Pirates take control of the Milky Way, and Aliens take the Sentarous galaxy. Further details can be worked out via e-mail between our leaders.

That will be a problem for you, because regulation HC prison cells don't come with email access. 😛 Neither do the special 3 meter x 3 meter solitary confinement cells that the pirate leaders get to enjoy. 😉

I'll try to get your fleet up tonight, CD.

    • Sorry. I keep forgetting it's late, everbody's tired, and I have another, oh, say, 3 hours of work to do. This is Raymond Floyd, signing off... well, not really, but you get the idea. 🙂

Gotta catch us first. Considering what we did to the HC last time, in vastly inferior ships, that is a pretty tall order.
And 3 meters by 3 meters is pretty good actually. The vietcong only gave you about 8 feet by feet. Or was that 8 feet square?

You've got more than just vastly inferior ships working against you this time. Besides, last time you all posted far more than the HC, and the HC wasn't as well coordinated as it will be this time (no knock on Skyblade, just some of the arrangements GR and I have made... 😉 ). Also, You guys were falling apart when the story ended last time. You overextended yourselves, and Rak wiped out most of your fleets. The difference this time is that I'll be the one coming to wipe out your fleets before you overextend yourselves. 😛

BTW, 3x3 meters isn't much better than 8-of-those-inferior-measurement-units x 8-of-those-inferior-measurement-units. But here at the HC, we believe in humane treatment even of enemies and traitors, something you can't exactly say about the VietCong.

      (Cyber-Dragon's fleet posted)

    • OK, I admit, I have periodically checking the BFS site to see if by glorious fleet was posted... And I noticed it was, and immediatly came here, bearing it within my warm clipboard. 😄 It said:

      **29th Fleet, Alien Empire
      Commander: Tribune Cyber-Dragon
      Current Location: Anvas System

      1 Carrier: Crimson Rage
      3 Battlecruisers: Aurora 's 1-3
4 Destroyers: Black thunder, Black Lightning, Dark Storm, Dark Tempest
      12 Gunboats
      50 Heavy Fighters
      18 Interceptors **

Just a couple minor things I feel I must be picky about. Do you mind changing it to:

**29th "Blue Grade" Division, Alien Empire
      Commander: Legatus Zamoreth Tygraeshaeth
      Current Location: Anvas System

      1 Carrier: Crimson Rage
      3 Battlecruisers: Aurora 's 1-3
4 Destroyers: Black thunder, Black Lightning, Dark Storm, Dark Tempest
      12 Gunboats
      50 Heavy Fighters
      18 Interceptors **

I don't know if SB wants his dësc. to have "Screaming Eagles" in it, but I'd like mine to include it. And Rak had a flagship name in his dësc, too.

BTW- Could you post each fleets total movement? Mine was 6, as all my little squadrens are safely housed within their hangers. No deep space flight for you, no, no, no! 😉

We were falling apart because of vastly inferior ships and no support from our leader. There was no communication at all until late in the game, and even then our leader didn't participate.

Humane treatment means you become hippies and peace lovers who won't fight at any cost. Now then, I suggest that you become very humane.

I changed some of it; I'm not allowing infinite customization in the fleet display. Rak isn't the only one with a flagship listed, BTW. I have one, as do two of the Pirates.

Good idea, I've rearranged the stats window a bit and added a few supply type numbers.

spl_cadet: The humane treatment only starts after you get captured. In battle, it's more "Give 'em hell!" Treatment then is rather the opposite of humane. I'll have you know that I'm neither a hippy nor a peace lover.

    • Cyber-D (or Lyra, or ZT, or ...) how long have you had this "identity problem?" I mean ... first you are that misspelled "Little House On The Prairie" girl. Then your are Cyber-Dragon. Now you wanna be ZT...?
