I could use some advice on dominating planets and some easy ones tho dominate

I don't mean to be rude, but you seem to be asking a lot of questions that you could answer in the documentation and/or just playing the game.

To dominate planets you must have a "deadly" combat rating. It is easier to dominate independant planets, as they often have defenders for their defense fleet. Also, some confed planets have but patrol- and gun-ships to protect them. Hail the planet, click "demand tribute," and once you have destroyed all the ships they send, repeat the process. It should say "planet agrees to pay tribute" or something.

Yeah, if you're going to start taking over planets, you need to start on Independent worlds. Taking those that belong to major governments can cause serious damage to your ship when their fleets start hunting you...

Also, you should be ready to fight a kestrel bounty hunter in every other system, since your captured planets are all too willing to have you taken out.

Though, IIRC, the bounty hunter stops hunting you after a while -- the planets "give up".

Could someone tell me real quick what IIRC stands for? I've seen that a few times now, and it's about the only abbreviation I haven't been able to figure out.

Get in plug-n called empty universe and every time the try to dominate the planet it says something like "quick go to your escape pods we are being invaded" and the the ships turn into escape pods and you don't have to fight.Except you still have to worry about the Kesterel bounty hunters.

The tributes are range in price, but really add up. The price range is avg of $1000 to $5000. Pirate planets are also easy to conquer. I currently am making $70,000 a day. Ah, it is good to be evil.
