The Satellite of Love isn't real, as far as I see it. (url="http://"http://www.EVula.com")EVula(/url) says you can get it by "holding S+O+L at the start up," but it hasn't worked for me. By 'start up,' I think he means when the game first starts up. I have eMailed him as to whether you do it when the game is loading or when you start a new pilot, but he did not reply. I guess he doesn't know.

Before using the Forklift, you should play the game's missions through with the challenge of using actual weapons.

There are Alien Ships that you cannot use, but some people have made Plug-Ins that let you control Alien Ships, but most of them do not provide the killer weapons that the Aliens use.
My upcoming Plug-In will have plenty of Alien Ships/Weapons to choose from once you complete their missions... so maybe you can wait till then, eh?

It's from "Mystery Science Theater 3000," a hilarious show that currently only airs Sat. at 9. AM on the Sci-Fi channel. (Where I live, anyway.)

There are two secret "items" in the game, the SOL and the Forklift. The Forklift is a cheat weapon and the SOL is a secret ship. Go (url="http://"http://codes.ign.com/codes/7/3506.html")here(/url) for instructions on how to get these.

You can also mess with EV's data files with Res-Edit for fun, but always have back-up copies!
