      You've all most likely had these questions asked to you over and over and over again.........but where can I find the alien cruiser. The FAQ won't tell me anything.

      1. Neither. I need to know where to go to get these missions.
      2. I'm friendly with the Rebellion. The Feds hate me, and for good reason. I took over most of their planets. Hope that helps.

      I believe the alien missions start on any Rebel planet, but you have to have fairly high legal status and combat rating, and you must have completed the Rebel Special Ops missions that give you the cloaking device.

      How high of legal status do you need.......I have good egg on a couple rebel planets....and I know it's hard to destroy the alien cruiser.....will they give me the forklift as well?

      Like Jimbob said, it's a cheat. But you can go to (url="http://"http://www.EVula.com/")EVula's Lair(/url). But I forget where the cheat is located. I haven't looked. I did when I first started to play EV, but it makes the game not-so-interresting. I think the cheat is something like this: Hold down the shift + cntrl + optn + cmmnd + click on the title at the very opening screen of EV, where it says Enter Ship and Load Pilot and stuff like that. Then, let the History Text scroll (hold down the down arrow to make it go faster). When it says MCB 3:45 (something like that), then hold down shift + cntrl + optn + cmmnd + F and you'l hear the Forklift Themesong.
      Rumor has it that you can get the Satellite of Love. Something like holding down S + O + L when it loads. I think. Like I said, I don't know where the cheats section at (url="http://"http://www.EVula.com/")EVula's Lair(/url) is at, so I can't remember how to get the SOL.

      ABO, have you been getting Rebel missions already?

      Have you done the cloaking device mission (Palshife - to - Luna)?

      Are you visiting the bars to get more missions? (Which also improve you ratings.)

      If "No" to most of the above, then you are "putting the cart before the horse" expecting to get the Alien mission already. Patience and persistence DO pay off ... eventually.

      (And you don't need the Fork to complete the Alien mission. Some time ago I did it in an upgraded 'Vette just to see if I could. Someone -- I cannot remember who -- said they completed the Alien mission in a Scoutship(!). Have fun!)

      Although, I did it by abusing the AI. Maybe I should try it with the Scoutship without abusing the AI sometime. That could be interesting. Still, AI abuse counts, in my book, except maybe for Monty.

      Which part of the AI were you abusing? I count tractor beaming as abuse, by the way, even though I do it. 😛 😉

      Doing the mission in a 'Vette is quite easy. Actually, that's how I usually do it. Scoutship, though...

      Well, I'm at the "Destroy Aliens" mission. If some of them run away, did I fail the mission? Oh, And can I capture the alien cruiser or the fighters? They blew up pretty damn quick so I had no chance last time.

      The Alien Cruiser is the only ship that matters. The Fighters are not critical to the mission.

      The alien cruiser cannot be captured in stock EV. Neither can the alien fighter. The both lack armour, and anyway, every time you land you would lose all your weapons.
