Last time I had a chat with Max Burnstein, he said that Galactic Scourge 2 was "currently on hold." He and his plugin buddy were working on porting the original Galactic Scourge to Override, but I'm not sure if that project was ever completed. The information for GS 2 was actually online around a year or so ago...
