      Yeah, "When the Voinians Came" has seemed to grow much faster than the old "Battle for Sol" webstory.

      Congrats on the 500 post mark.

      Even excluding chess, I have a hard time imagining any other board game could top Diplomacy. That was an awesome game when I used to play it at middle school, but sadly you need six or maybe seven (can't remember) players, so I've never been able to play it since then. :frown:

      Insano :eek: as he doesn't hear the footsteps behind him anymore. He then sees Skyblade lying on the ground. Insano then puts a can on DP in Skyblade's pocket as a present for him when he gets reincarnated. Insano then walks back into the bar and starts playing on the new Marvel vs. Capcom 2 machine he just had put in the bar. Ryu, Cable, and Cyclops. Yay!

      Skyblade wakes up from the neutron round that hit his energy-proof suit with quite a bang, and looks for Mac. He sips his Dr. Pepper and lets Insano live; for a few more days. ๐Ÿ˜›

      Mac is playing chess when Skyblade finds him. "Oh no you don't!" Skyblade says, hacking away at Mac with his machette. "Chess ain't bad, but nothin' beat Axis and Allies!"

      Mac runs out of the bar, his right leg being the only limb left attached. ๐Ÿ˜› ๐Ÿ˜‰

      Skyblade catches up with Insano, who was still shouting at Mac to keep running. He pours Dr. Pepper all over him, then throws him into the middle of a violent battle between Confederation and Rebel forces in the Spica system. ๐Ÿ˜‰

      Mac turns around and clobbers Skyblade with his Android arm, which goes right through his energy proof suit. Skyblade is knocked down, but of course he had physical armor underneath. So Mac shoves his Neutron Rifle through the hole in the energy suit and pulls the trigger several times. Neutron pulses blow through Skyblade's armor, Skyblade, and finally out the other side of his armor, creating some glass on the sandy beach. ๐Ÿ˜‰ It looks like Skyblade will have to reincarnate after all. Mac leaves him another DP with a note that says, "Remember never to dis chess in my hearing. ;)"

      But Mac suddenly realizes that he was killing a ghost of Captain Skyblade. ๐Ÿ˜›

      The real Captain Skyblade then comes up behind Mac, ripping his android arms to pieces with his Dr. Pepper blaster. He rips Mac's head off and throws it into a paper shredder. Skyblade takes what's left of Mac, sends it through a steel roller, then throws the fresh pancake into a Confederation Barracks, where breakfast is served. ๐Ÿ˜› ๐Ÿ˜‰
