    • If you look closely, a FAQ came with EV Dev map. I suggest that you read it.

    • Yeah well, there are only two qeustions there. And it had gotten hidden in another folder, was it CaB folder? Well, I found it. And that sucks. Well, I'm using EVO DM.

    • Uhm. I'm having some trouble understanding you.

One of those two questions was "Why isn't there a delete system function?". Read that.

EVO dev map does not have that function either. It has the same faq file.

    • EVO Dev Map can also make EV universes (mostly because the S˙st and Spöb files are pretty much unchanged between the two games). It's a much more functional tool although it doesn't have the feature you're looking for, mostly because it can't, due to the way the resources work. If you want to make a system that's in the EV (or EV:O) data file "go away" but not replace it with one of your own, you can change it so that it has a visbit that never gets set. 255 or something like that.

      Again: Developer forum!

    • No, the best way to get rid of them is to open ResEdit and delete the spöb and s˙st resources you don't want.

Uh, that word? You spelled it wrong. Yeah, that one right there, next to the period. And you're missing an apostrophe in the word "its".

Not if you're trying to delete original in-game systems, which appears to be what we're discussing here. I admit it's a bit hard to tell...

Read my post more carefully. I said If you want to make a system that's in the EV (or EV:O) data file "go away" but not replace it with one of your own. Just deleting the resources only works if yours is a TC plug that replaces the EV(O) Data file(s).
