Humm...any comments on starting a new bar?
I have some plans:
The bar is called the ocean Breeze,on New Sahara.
It is a sandstone bunker deep under the desert,illuminated by flourecent lights recessed behind steel grates sort of thing.
With vines on the walls,and a deep underground lake of concentrated sulphuric acid for dunking people,and as the local body disposal.

No, if we're replacing the Evildrome Boozerama, it should be the Slim's Throat Emporium or the Bistro Illegal.

Errr...we could...but this is the Boozerama Bar, on Evildrome!! We can't very well just up and leave, not after we've invested so much time here! Actually, I don't think we're on Evildrome anymore...in fact, I have no clue where this bar is. Isn't it on an asteroid or something?
It would take a lot to convince me to change it to the "Ocean Breeze" though. I like Boozerama Bar better. Wait, in EV it was called the "Boozarama Bar"! I meant to say this earlier. Of course, this isn't the same bar really, so I guess the name should stay...

Sorry.Ocean Breeze is the name of the bar on New Sahara.
It was the most interesting one I could think of.
Perhaps you'd prefer to be the "Jayock Tavern" on Port Oread?

Like I said a while ago,I once read the HHGTTG,but the book fell apart in my hands.
As a result I have nearly no idea what you're all talking about.
As for changing the bar,I feel that this whole BB franchise has got cluttered with old emotion stuff if you get my feeling.
It doesn't feel clean to me.

Ooh, I got it. Since Luke, Insano, RC, GR, UR, Overrider, and even Lyra have been absent, the bar has lost its "conflict" that made it such a hit. Also, summer vacation is over, which means less time to spend here...
We could advertise on the EVO board, maybe do a merger with their Bar Latte. They have their own crowd over there.

Macavenger-I totally disagree with the idea of fusion between the Bar Latte and the BB.
Both bars,not to mention being psychologically opposed due to being based on seperate games,are quite different.
BBers would not like the different atmosphere in the Bar Latte II.
I also disagree with the idea of hostile takeover-as a regular poster in both bars,I can tell you that they should remain completely seperate entities.
As previously stated,you would not like the complete anything-goes attitude over there.
And as to the Bar Latte crowd not being able to defend themselves,aside from considerable personal armaments,we have one resident Shai-Hulud from Dune,one Laza Tiger,also from Dune,one Ka'aat singularity entity which guzzles antimatter,and three,soon to be four,ShadowKats.
They are:
My ShadowKat,the original.
"Fluffy", a ShadowKat belonging to Jess.
Astok,a ShadowKat belonging to Lord Asriel
Soon to be one belonging to Kitty.
And of course,my ShadowKat from this bar-I will fight to mantain seperation between the bars.
