    • Hmmmm, you'd think that if a mod saw this he'd (or she'd) close it by now. Anyway I've heard it once before when I wasn't starting up EV. It was playing as the background music for a commercial for a local news program. I heard it and exclaimed, "That's the EV music!" I was psyched.

P.S. I got the first two and last two Hitchhiker books for my birthday (don't ask why I didn't get the third) and I read The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy in one day. Zarquon! I am currently reading the second, right after Zaphod gets out of the Total Perspective Vortex. So, the Earth isn't a planet after all...

Nah, Mikee doesn't moderate much, as he put it, he feels he can just let us bitch around here. The board doesn't need much moderation, because we're all mostly civil.

Ah, yes, the wonders of HHGTTG. You should try to find the third one before reading the fourth - OTOH, since they contradict each other anyway, it may heighten the experience to read them out of order. The fourth one in particular is highly contradictory to everything else, and makes no sense at all until you get most of the way through 5.

I must admit the contraptions can be very interesting, but I can often find better things to spend my time on (like the Ambrosia forums! <laughs> ;)).

I've heard it used in a combat scene in some Hong Kong action "movie". Killer Tracks is much used.

Personally I think Ambrisia are a bit sloppy, using premade music for their games. There are so many talented composers out there (heh, like me) who could make as good music for EV as Killer Tracks.
      Who's scoring EV3, btw?
