"Gee, thanks Mac!" Skyblade yells as he tosses him twelve million credits. "This pack is just what I wanted for Christmas..."
Skyblade picks up his turbolaser. "Now, Hunter. The newcomes here at the bar all learn something the hard way. Pepsi is another word for roach juice, and Insano can tell you all about the pains of being a roach juice fan."
Skyblade and his commandos blast all the pepsi cans to pulp, and glue hunter to the wall. They then throw the coke machine that serves pepsi out into a canyon, and replace it with a cherry coke / coca cola / dr. pepper machine.
"Be back in a bit, Mac," Skyblade shouts as he runs for the Triton Corsair. "Insano here tells me of a 'fed around here, but this 'fed won't be around much longer."

Hunter, very smart. I ain't that smart. OOOO. Skyblade, I only think he's a fed. If you count carrying a encrypted fed code, ordering confed cola, and putting a confed sticker on the wall makes you a fed anyway. Insano then goes with skyblade to find the fed.

Skyblade and Insano find the 'fed, and spray him all over with a pepsi / ketchup mix. Insano does the same, while Skyblade begins yelling insults at "the 'fed."
"Number one! The ketchup is symbolic of the Rebellion and their soon-to-come victory against you bloated 'feds! Number two, the pepsi is symbolic of roach juice, which is a synonym of the word con-fed-er-at-ion!!"
The 'fed runs away from Skyblade and Insano, screaming and yelling (and quite a mess, too).

I don't think any of us knows. This is a replacement for the replacement of Boozerama Bar I. BBI was replaced because Captain Skyblade blew it up, and BBII because it got too big. So this bar is on the same planet that Boozerama Bar I was on. The trick here is that it was a chain, and Captain Skyblade never really mentioned which one he blew up.
The real Boozerama bar in the game is on Evildrome, which I'm betting you haven't found yet in your Courier. This bar has much too nice an atmosphere to be on Evildrome though.
Insano throws stickers into the fire and watches the word confederation burn.

Skyblade walks to Mac's Mac computer. </ban.
Hunter is thrown out of the bar, and lands with quite a loud bang just outside the windows. "Just because you're not a military 'fed doesn't mean you ain't a 'fed," Skyblade calls after him.
Worn out from the day, Skyblade orders a new MegaSupermegaMonstorouslyHuge 210 oz. Dr. Pepper, takes a seat next to the fireplace, and joins Insano, throwing stickers into the fire.
