No, if you have plans for a new ship, post it at the actual topic. But if you wish for your new vessel to be a secret until discovered, you and Clueless could just e-mail.

Alright then. But keep in mind that when I do many of these graphics, I simply update the original EV ones. If you're planning a new Rapier design, I'll likely just update the original graphics...
