No, Skybalde is supposed to be working on prices, and the HC Carrier is due for a major prise increase. If I redo the price on that, I'm going to be rdoing the price on all my ships, and I don't think you'll like it.
Skyblade, are you about done updating the prices yet? I want that done before we buy ships again on page 6.

I looked at the Pirate Shipyard recently,and saw the Superkestrel.

Well, since I know what Captain Skyblade is going to want to do with the Missile Frigate image, why don't I just go ahead and do it, and save us some time?
New HumCon ship, the Missile Frigate. This replaces the old Confed Frigate. I'll get the shipyard picture updated soon, but we're having some evaluation of that right now.

Thanks for posting the image, Mac.
Everyone keep in mind that although the Missile Frigate has replaced the original Frigate graphics, it is a totally different ship. It's merely a replacement vessel with extreme speed, firepower, and agility at the cost of less shielding. The eight flak cannons will pack a whallop, though.

**Sorry, moderation is going to have to kick in here. I'm going to bump the price on that up to about, oh, 12 million. Give me a break, it's faster and better shielded than a Kestrel, and the only thing the Kestrel has over it is fighters, otherwise, it's better armed too. Just because you're a shipbuilder doesn't mean you get to make insane prices for everything.
However, I will say that 12 million is a tentative figure. I'm going to be revising prices on all ships soon, which means that the Kestrel may have a price change, and if it does, the price on this will change accordingly.

Look at the speed and armament, it's armament is almost equal to a heavy cruiser, and it can run circles around any comparable ship. I don't even think one of these can exist.

spl_cadet, you're crazy. That thing is much better than an Alien Heavy fighter. I came close to just throwing it away myself, the main reason I didn't is that you pirates could use a good ship. And since Rak thinks it's ridiculous too, I think we're going to have to ask Sattomax to rework those stats somewhat. It needs either less weapons and armor, or less speed, or both.

The only way to defeat that is to add a computer syncronized thruster array, which would raise the price well over 15M. Either lower the speed, shields, or armament.

100 quad laser turrets, numerous flak turrets etc. and you are telling me that the armament on the Cougar is almost that of the Heavy Cruiser?! Think again. And its shields and armor together are similar to that of the Alien fighter which has heavy fusion beams which I believe put it on a footing with the Cougar.
