In my opinion, there is a LONG time since a large plugin was made for EV.. Dark Beyond is the only one.... Is every plug developer waiting for EV Nova so they can test their skills making a plug there...

I'm making a plugin based on Escape Velocity, but it will be for Nova. Part of the reason is that Nova will support many of the features I'll need, where as Escape Velocity is very limited...

--Eirik--: Once I am finally done with the story I've been doing for the EV/O Chronicles ("Zero Moment"), I'll go back to work on the EV plug I'd started. The plug's name is Terminal Velocity and it is what Martin Turner calls a major scenario type of plug (as opposed to a total conversion or an add-on). The systems are done, and nearly all the new graphics for ships and weapons (new as in non-standard; you may have seen some of them in other plugs) are in; what's left is to finish the missions. There are a lot of missions. It'll be fun. Once it's done.
Long live EV Classic.

I'm still sort of working on "The delta_V Plug-In" and "New Republic" but don't have a release date for either.
NR mostly needs work done on missions, delta_V needs lots of work on almost everything.
