I was reading on the dev board a description of an EV plug from long ago. It had planets defending itself, with lasers coming from the planet. The message mentioned that it was called something like "Planetary Defense" does anyone know what it's called. And, if possible, where to get it.

I believe that is the correct name. You can find it on the EV (and maybe on the EVO) addons page.
