      You've got a point. The missile is a very flexible weapon, able to deal with all ships, from the smallest fighters to the largest warships. However, I find the torpedo a more conveinent weapon, since it weighs the same, is cheaper, and packs a whallop. If my money isn't a factor though, I will sometimes get missiles.

    • Torp launchers do take up 2.5 times more space, but they have a better damage:space ratio for the ammo, and you need 2-3 missile racks for missiles to be effective. For CPUs missiles are better, because thay are so fast, and unless you have the(immensely underrated) decoy flares, the hit more of the time. I think missiles look cooler tho 😛

    • Decoy Flares! I agree...They are so often overlooked and underesttimated. I actually love decoy flares, as the have saved my life numerous times from waves of Confederation missiles...
